Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men is a multivitamin formulated for active men. Each 3-tablet serving provides a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals — including Vitamin A, C, D, E, K, the B-complex vitamins, calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, and chromium — alongside an Amino Men Blend (1g of amino acids including L-arginine, L-glutamine, and BCAAs), a Phyto Men Blend (fruit, vegetable, and botanical extracts including green tea and grape seed extract), a Viri Men Blend (including saw palmetto, ginkgo biloba, and nettle extracts), and an enzyme blend. Each bottle contains 150 tablets (50 servings).

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), magnesium stearate, silica, glycerine, sunflower oil. Contains soy.
