Exchange and Return Policy

 

1. Exchange

  • You can exchange your product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and returned with all accessories and original packaging.
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong item, the exchange will be processed free of charge.
  • If you request an exchange for personal reasons (such as a different size, color, or preference), you will be responsible for the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement shipment.

2. Returns

  • You can return your product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • A full refund will be issued if there is an error in the order or a manufacturing defect.
  • If the return is requested for personal reasons, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 to 14 business days.

1. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Dietary supplements after the package has been opened.
  • Products that have been used or tampered with.
  • Any products purchased as part of special offers marked with the statement "Non-returnable and non-exchangeable."

  • You will need to provide your order number and a photo of the product (in case of a defect or damage).
