The formula includes 250mg of Caffeine Anhydrous, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and Chromium. It also contains White Willow Bark, Ephedra Viridis Leaf, Citrus Aurantium Extract, Panax Ginseng Extract, Ginger Root, Hoodia Gordonii, Cayenne Fruit, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Cocoa Bean Extract, Yohimbe Bark Extract and Griffonia Seed Extract.
The manufacturer recommends taking one capsule in the morning with breakfast and one capsule in the afternoon with lunch, without exceeding two capsules within a 24-hour period. The product should not be taken within six hours of sleep.
